Since moving into our new property, I have always found W Property Consultants to be courteous, understanding and very quick to respond to any of our queries. If any issues arose in the property, W Property Consultants would respond quickly and the problem would generally be fixed within a couple of days. We are a tenant in a 3-bed property managed by W Property Consultants managements for a while now and we are very happy with their services. We had some issues with the letting agent who managed the property before and W Property Consultants have been a breath of fresh air!
Our assigned agent is incredibly responsive and friendly even on weekends and evenings if anything needs to be followed up. If there is any issue in the home whether it be some sealant needed in a bathroom to a leak, the issue is resolved immediately every time. You can phone or text any time and always get a solution.
I would highly recommend to any homeowners looking to let their property.
